#Takingabreak can benefit our physical and mental health. We all need a break now and then. Taking a break can #boostcreativity: When working on a task, our minds often become stuck in a certain way of thinking. Allowing a break can help free the mind and allow fresh ideas to surface.

Taking a break can #reducestress: Breaks allow the body to #relax and release tension. If you can, do nothing. Taking a break improves #productivity: By stepping away from a task for a short period, the mind can #refocus and return to the task with #renewedenergy and a #freshperspective. Taking a break can improve #mentalhealth: It can help #alleviateanxiety and #depression and promote overall #wellbeing.

Taking a break can improve #physicalhealth: Sitting for long periods can be detrimental to our health, so taking regular breaks to move and stretch can help reduce the risk of certain diseases and injuries. So avoid the midweek strain by normalizing a break.
